Executive-level legal and regulatory advice, led by experience at the highest levels of business and reform.

Amy has operated at C-suite and executive leadership levels, including as Chief Regulatory Officer at PEXA and as a senior executive overseeing legal, risk, HR, compliance and governance functions within growth-stage organisations. Her experience spans engagement with governments, regulators and industry bodies across multiple jurisdictions, as well as hands-on oversight of transformation initiatives including digital conveyancing reform, interoperability, regulatory uplift and risk management frameworks.

Amy also has particular expertise in electronic conveyancing regulation and legal framework design. She was part of the team responsible for developing and maintaining the PEXA legal framework and participated in industry consultation and reform processes shaping the broader electronic conveyancing regulatory environment, including work connected to payments code reform.

This experience gives clients access to a rare combination of legal, regulatory and operational insight - particularly where regulatory change, stakeholder complexity and practical implementation need to align.

Having worked within nationally significant infrastructure environments, Amy understands how to balance the interests of regulators, financial institutions, legal professionals and technology providers while maintaining defensible compliance outcomes. She brings that perspective to every engagement - commercially grounded, regulator-aware and strategically aligned.

Clients benefit from direct access to experienced judgement. Real Prime does not operate through layered teams. Amy leads and delivers engagements personally, ensuring continuity, accountability and clarity of advice.
