Real Prime advises clients operating in or adjacent to Australia’s electronic conveyancing environment, including electronic conveyancing subscribers, prospective subscribers and other regulated entities requiring specialist legal and regulatory guidance.
This work includes advice on the legal and regulatory framework governing electronic conveyancing, including the Electronic Conveyancing National Law, participation rules, operating requirements and related governance and compliance considerations.
